Payment

Payment is made prior to any work being carried out unless otherwise agreed with EU Design Studio.
We try to ensure all prices are correct on our website but in the unlikely event of an error you will be either be refunded your payment in full or asked to pay the difference.

Intellectual Property

It is your responsibility to ensure that any images and text sent to us do not infringe any intellectual rights. Any images provides by us will be royalty free stock images.

Completion Schedule

A completion date will be agreed with you at the start of your order. Every effort is made to meet completion dates but we can not be held liable for any losses incurred due to a delay in completing your website.

Hosting

Hosting is provided by us through JustHostMe Ltd.  By hosting with us you verify that you have read and agree to their terms and conditions found here: http://www.justhostme.co.uk/terms-and-conditions.html

In the event of a monthly payment failing we will contact you to try to resolve the matter. If payment is not made within 7 days of the failed payment, we will suspend your website. The website will be re-activated upon receipt of payment. Websites will be deleted after 60 days of non payment.

Amendments

Once you have approved your site and it has been launched, future amendments will be quoted and invoiced.
